Carol Gerbasi has been Rome’s professional administrative assistant & relocation manager since March 1, 1997. She brings over 26 years of real estate experience to this position.
Carol manages all the administrative aspects of Rome’s real estate practice. Carol is not licensed to sell real estate
In general, she: Manages the team’s schedule & work flow; Manages transactions from contract acceptance through to the closing; Coordinates marketing & special events. Carol is also our relocation manager.
As a part of her daily work routine Carol interacts with attorneys, inspectors, real estate agents, appraisers, vendors, mortgage brokers and, of course, clients. Her most important job is to keep you informed throughout your transaction.
Carol grew up in Brighton and attended Penfield schools. She has been a resident in Brighton or Penfield for all of her life.
